                       peony.  her mother always smelled of vanilla and peony. it was her perfume. she hates the scent of roses because it was all she could smell when at her mother’s funeral.  as for her aunt, she always smells of fresh baked anything or whatever essential oil she’s rubbing on her skin. usually lavender or peppermint. personally, mary jane loves the scent of cinnamon or the light sweet scent of fresh spun cotton candy.  but mj takes after her mother, often picking scents that have elements of peony and vanilla in them.
